Management Trainee Program 2010
In order to select and build up generations of FrieslandCampina future leaders, the Management Trainee Program started five years ago. Generations of management trainees are holding important roles in the company today.
In 2010, the Management Trainee Program was first launched with two key events in January to continue the search for talents and create a recruitment branding for our new name FrieslandCampina. These events are exclusively for recently or soon-to-be-graduated students who obtain outstanding educational results and fulfill relevant criteria of the company. This occasion not only enabled them to have a full understanding about the company and the program but also gave them a chance to talk with different managers, previous and current management trainees within FrieslandCampina. Warm-up game such as cocktail contest made the educational events much more entertaining. Most of our young talents found the FrieslandCampina logo quiz very exciting and the cocktail made from Yomost delicious.
Each recruitment round was then followed with a very clear objective and criteria in order to select the best candidates for next round. Interesting tests, discussions and presentations not only challenged candidates but also left a very good impression and valuable experience in our young talents’ minds.
This year’s program has come to its final round. Among the final candidates, only a few of them would make it to be FrieslandCampina management trainees. However, for all who did not make it through this stage, FrieslandCampina surely imprinted in their minds as a professional and attractive ‘glocal’ company.
